How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to any location in territorial India is charged on an average basis. Our shipping charges are nominal. We provide you with a tracking number as well along with the shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, this does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands or any international destinations. Does Styleit20.com offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders upto Rs. 3000 as of now
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping time varies between 4-7 business days. Orders which we receive prior to 1 PM on any business day are dispatched the same day, in most of the cases. Orders received post 1 PM are dispatched the next day. Orders for furniture may, however, take a longer processing time.
However, in general, orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Keep in mind that orders placed at the beginning of the month may take up to 5 business days to process because of the high volume.
Can I track my order?
Of course! What fun would online shopping be without being able to obsessively anticipate your order? We’ll keep you updated via email through the process of completing your order and we’ll mail you a tracking number so you can track its progress to your door. What happens if I have mentioned a wrong address/ pin code?
We do not take responsibility of delivery of the orders if the address mentioned is wrong or the pin code of the address is not mentioned accurately. It is mandatory to mention the correct pin code of the area & contact number of the recipient. If any of the above are not provided or provided incorrectly, the order may not get delivered timely, or in worst cases, not get delivered at all. In such cases, where the order is not delivered, the amount received from you is automatically refunded to the customers’ account after deduction of shipping charges incurred on delivery attempt within 7 days of receipt of the product back in our warehouse.
All our products are handcrafted and are designed to carry a rustic, unique look. So, a slightly unfinished edge has not defected but an identifying feature of our products. Also, in the case of wooden furniture, the wood has an inherent capacity to expand, so the edges may not be very smooth in a few pieces out of the lot. Hence the product which we ship would never be 100% same as shown in images because of image resolution, so it is prudent to expect a little variation. However, if you received any product with manufacturing defect or broken in transit, you can return it to us for a full refund (applicable only to Home Decor & Furniture not to antiques as they are really old and most of them are not in proper shape, have dents and are torned off from places with pictures provided of their details) Following are the conditions for authorization of return request:
- Delivery of wrong product (wrong color/size/quantity/parts missing)
- Damaged product (Manufacturing defect)
- Damaged in transit
Please note that we do not authorize a return request apart from the conditions mentioned above and after 48 hours of delivery.
Following is the procedure for return:
Kindly make an un-cut unboxing video of your order package. If the product is broken in transit or a wrong product is delivered, kindly send us that unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery with a reason (damage, wrong product) for returning the product at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +917728811112 . Please note that sending an un-cut unboxing video of the package is a mandatory requirement for return request, without which we would not be able to accept any return request. We would not be able to take any return/replacement requests after 48 hours of delivery.
1. After receiving unboxing video and reviewing it, we will approve / decline the return and notify you through email. Be assured Genuine return requests wont be declined. Within 24 hours of return approval - We would generate return pickup of your order. You have to pack the product in its original brand packaging. Kindly make sure that the box is not making any sound when shaken. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product.
2. The courier boy will contact you and pickup the parcel within 1-2 days
3. In case of exchange product of the same design and for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional delivery or handling costs will be charged.
4. Once we have received the returned shipment, we would immediately inform you and start processing your request. The amount you have paid for the order will be refunded to you within 5 business days from receipt of the product back in our warehouse
Please note that in case of a return of an order which has been paid through COD (Cash on Delivery), we will give you Styleit20.com gift coupon for the same amount as of the order, which can be used in the next one year to buy any product of your choice from our website. In case of pre-paid orders, return amount will be credited in same account which was used to pay for order. For example, if the customer used UPI to pay, the refund will reflect in their UPI after 72 hours. If the customer used credit card to pay, the refund will reflect in their credit card after 72 hours.
To cancel the order you have placed on our website, simply call us on our helpline +91-9828367456 or send us an email at info@Styleit20.com. Kindly note the orders which are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Further, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason without giving any prior notice. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/ or payment been received. For the order which has been cancelled, if the payment is already received by us, the full amount will be refunded to you in 7 working days.
